ARIANNA HUFFINGTON is the co-founder, chair, president and editor-in- chief of the Huffington Post, a nationally syndicated columnist and author of 14 books. Arianna’s latest book, Thrive: The Third Metric To Redefining Success and Creating A Life of Well-Being, Wisdom and Wonder, debuted at No. 1 at the New York Times Bestseller List. This book is a deeply personal book which she wrote after her collapse due to burnout and sleep deprivation. Thrive is focused on how we can move from knowing what’s best for us to actually doing what’s best for us. Here she writes that there are no trade-offs between leading an effective life and also being mindful and taking care of that deeper dimension of ourselves. Arianna espouses that mindfulness is at the core of everything and is in fact a regular meditator since the age of 13. Today, she is a sought after speaker on how mindfulness can be incorporated in different aspects of our lives. She has spoken on topics such as how to thrive: a masterclass in work-life balance, how mindfulness taps into a childlike wisdom and wonder, mindfulness and addictions, to name a few. Arianna graduated with an M.A. in economics from the Cambridge University in Great Britain.
