I can’t login. What do I do?

  • You have to have registered for a ‘free access pass’ (which is different to just registering from the home page of the site).
Go here to register for a free access pass if you haven’t done that yet https://themindfulnesssummit.com/live.
  • Note there is a link to a password reset at the bottom of the pop over or you can go to https://themindfulnesssummit.com/my-account/lost-password/ to reset your password. Enter your email address that you used to register for a ‘free access pass’. (if it says there is no registered user with that address, go to https://themindfulnesssummit.com/live?pop=reg and enter your name, email and create a new password to access the session)
  • On password reset you will receive an email with the subject "The Mindfulness Summit Password Reset” from support@mrsmindfulness.com . Click the link in that email. Create a new password. Then you will be redirected to the current live session and asked to login with the email and password that you just created. If not go here: https://themindfulnesssummit.com/live?pop=login Enter the email and new password you just created.
  • You should be in. If you’re still having troubles email us at support@mrsmindfulness.com with your email address that you used and we will create a new password for you.

I’ve lost my password. What do I do?

No problem, these things happen. When prompted to login you’ll find a lost password link at the bottom of the popup login/register box.

Why do I have to create an account / free access pass and password? I thought I already signed up for the summit.

You initially joined the mindfulness summit notification list and now that the summit event is live it’s time for your to create your free access pass by creating a password. This opens the door to the online conference, similar to you being given a wristband when you arrive at a physical conference. Everyone who arrives at the summit for the first time will need to create a password for their free access. Go to themindfulnesssummit.com/live and you will be asked to create a free access pass to so you can access the summit.

I want to see speaker “X” - What time do they go live.

The first speaker goes live at 12:01AM (PDT) Los Angeles time on October 1st. Go to the event schedule to find out what time that is for you. Each new speaker will go live at 12:01AM (PDT) Los Angeles time.

How can i purchase my own copy of the summit?

Go to themindfulnesssummit.com/live register for a free access pass if you haven’t already. Then click an orange “Buy Full Access Pass” link or “Donate for Full Access Pass” button to go to the checkout.

The summit will be free during October. However you can also purchase an all access pass by making a donation. This will get you permanent access to All 31 days of video content to download or stream as much as you like, All 31 days of full audio versions to download or stream as much as you like, Full PDF transcripts of all the video content, Exclusive access to the full meditation album to download or stream from all the meditation sessions, 5 Free bonus gifts supplied by our speakers

I placed my ‘Full Access Pass’ purchase order, but have not received a confirmation email with information about how to access my purchase. Is there a delay?

Your free access pass will automatically be upgraded to to a full access pass which means you can access the premium sections on each session page see any of the sessions that have already happened so far. Go to the schedule here

Regarding not receiving the email, our system automatically generates a confirmation email and immediately sends it. There are a few common issues:

  • You use Gmail and the email has landed in your ‘Promotions’ tab.
  • The email somehow landed in your Junk or Spam folder.
  • You’ve marked one of our emails as Spam. When this happens, our system is forbidden from sending any email communications to you. No hard feelings!

If you are still unable to find your confirmation email, please submit a support request in the contact form below.

I missed one of the sessions before the 24-hour viewing period ended. Is there any way I can still see it?

Sorry you missed it! Unfortunately, we must stick to our viewing schedule. Too see any missed presentations you’ll need to purchase an ‘Full Access Pass’ to the summit. Then you can watch them all at your own pace any time. You can purchase a Pass by going to the current live session here <themindfulnesssummit.com/live> and clicking on the orange button “Donate to get a Full Access Pass” or “Buy Full Access Pass”

Help! I can’t get the videos to play or they are skipping/playing slowly.

There are many possible reasons for this issue:

  • Try using a different web browser. e.g.. If you’re using Chrome, try Firefox.
  • The main cause is likely your internet connection speed. High-speed internet is a must for viewing streaming videos. We recommend a connection speed of no less than 10 Mbps (though the video stream can work at less than that). Most cable and DSL providers offer this as their base minimum. Satellite internet, though considered high speed, generally will skip and pause due to the time it takes for the data to travel to space and back to your computer. You can test your internet connection speed for free at speedtest.net.
  • Another main cause is the speed of your computer. Computers less than 3 years old (and connected to high-speed internet) should stream the presentations without issue.
  • In some instances, your computer could have a virus or malware/adware that will slow it down and cause playback issues. Try scanning your system with a program like spybot search and destroy (it’s free, just google it) to fix these kinds of issues.
  • The last frequent cause is the browser you using. We recommend the latest version of Firefox, Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer will work, but must be version 9 or higher. Version 8 and older have known issues with streaming video.

If none these options don’t resolve your issues, please fill out a support ticket below and include as much detail as you can, including answers to the following questions. We will do our best to help you out.

  • Are you getting an error message or are they just not playing when you click the play button?
  • What browser are you using?
  • What version of that browser?
  • Go to speedtest.net and run a test, what speed does it say you have for download?
