Biography
Dr. Susan Albers is a clinical psychologist at the Cleveland Clinic. She specializes in eating issues, weight loss, body image concerns and mindfulness. She conducts workshops on mindful eating around the U.S.A. Dr. Albers is also a New York Times bestselling author who has six mindful eating books to include: EatQ, 50 Ways to Soothe Yourself Without Food, Eating Mindfully, Eat, Drink and Be Mindful and Mindful Eating 101. Her work has been featured in many varied magazines. Dr. Albers is also a contributor to the Huffington Post and Psychology Today. She obtained her master’s and doctorate degrees at the University of Denver. Dr. Albers also completed her APA internship at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and a post-doctoral fellowship at Stanford University in California.
