The Mindfulness Summit Journey

Over 250,000 people joined us to learn about Mindful Living during The Mindfulness Summit when it was live. From the summit we are leaving 3 of the most popular days content and 3 additional master classes from 5 of the worlds most respected teachers open and free permanently as they provide an excellent base for further exploration into mindful living.

1. Day 1 An interview with Mark Williams: An Introduction to Mindfulness along with 2 short mindfulness practices. You can stream and download the video, audios (+ audios of the meditations), pdf transcripts.

2. Day 29 An interview with Dr. Judson Brewer on Mindfulness for Addiction and Saki Santorelli on guides an in depth mindfulness practice. You can stream and download the video, audios (+ audios of the meditations), pdf transcripts.

3. Day 31 An interview with Jon Kabat-Zinn on the Deeper Dimensions of Mindfulness. Jon also lead a separate ground breaking Livestream mindfulness practice and chat for the events finale. Watch or listen to both sessions.
