Thank you! Wonderful guest speaker and great exercise. It’s a great way to defrag the mind after a long day full of distractions.
I don’t seem to be getting your summit email so that I can log in with my password
Any suggestions?
Thanks for a beautiful meditation, simple and easy….
Why can’t I get the transcripts? I payed for full access?
Susan, You probably are not logged in. Try logging in and the rest should work. Good luck!
I’m enjoying and learning. It’s working perfectly.

Go well
I really enjoyed this chat. As someone reasonably new to mindfulness I am enjoying all the different guided meditations. Thank you.
Loved this and the meditation. I meditate a lot on my own so it was beautiful to do it with you guys. It’s so wonderful to hear all these different experts on mindfulness, thank you again for creating this wonderful summit.
Love n light always,
Emma
Thank you, Joseph. I am full of appreciation for all you shared today. ‘Keeping it simple’ has been a personal mantra for a year or so … and not only does it work … it brings a sense of peace, too. One more calmer ‘being’ making the world that little less chaotic. 🙂
Thanks Joseph for the guidance and practice !
These daily “lessons” are very helpful to me at this time in my life. I am so grateful to have found The Mindfulness Summit. It is as if I was drawn too it but some unexplainable force. Thank you, thank you.
Wonderful session and enjoyed the 15 minute sitting Enjoying this entire retreat. Much gratitude to a dear being (Ki) who directed me to this challenge. Namaste l
Wow, always inspiring to hear from a teacher who has so much experience and depth of knowledge and that something intangible that comes with many years of Dharma practice. Also enjoying the lovely questions.
I could listen to Mr.Josephs interview. It was very good. It gave me a great confidence to understand the state of mindfullness. Thank you for this open invitation.
It’s worth of spending my 50 minutes on this. So much wisdom and insight from the talk.
Thank you for sharing, Joseph!

Thank you, thank you , thank you 🙂 has been really inspiring both for my own awareness and how it fits with my practice in psychotherapy…how to contain tje session, how to open the space, how to be accepting and so many other thoughts inspirations.
Thanks Joseph, very interesting and wonderful talk. enjoyed it .
Thanks Mille , keep up the good work.
Become more aware in life. Introduce a mindfulness practice. That is a journey and an adventure full of ups and downs. I am greatful to discover that my struggle is not alone. It takes courage, and persistance to set up a routine. So, compassion and acceptance along with patience have to go with this journey.
Simple and easy.
Added to my Mary Poppin’s bag.
Thank you very much.
This was a very inspiring and useful talk. So valuable! I have been meditating for over thirty years and yes, it is a practice. It is helpful to know that others have doubt and get discouraged on the path … But still we continue. There were many gems … Like “simple and easy” and the quote about ” admiring the teakettle or drinking tea” and the one about acting without regard for the fruit.
Joseph is amazing..love what he said.
needed to hear it all
what a warm smile Joseph has; beautiful frame to what he shared with us about mindfulness!
Thank you! What a lovely way to enjoy the evening! It is amazing how quickly one’s inner landscape can transform by simply bringing attention to our breath. I feel a sense of gratitude to those who are hosting this summit!
A profound gem in there: ‘Be simple and easy.’ A terrific way to start a day, approach an upset, work towards a solution, enjoy another’s company: A great emotion settler: Be simple and easy – and can I add ‘breathe into it’.
Love all of the points made. SIMPLE AND EASY- that will help me in numerous ways as I work it into my life. I do tend to dramatize things and in doing so, make challenges much larger than they need to be. SIMPLE AND EASY!
Thank you!
Another fabulous speaker without ego! Loved the tea/teapot phrase. Thankyou Joseph and Melli for another simple easy way to spend the evening.
What a lovely video, I especially like the discussion on not confining mindfulness to your formal meditation practice – this really resonated with my current experiences and practice. Thank you so much for the chance to take part in this summit, it has helped invigorate me and renew my intention to live mindfully.
Please stop humming and hawing an rushing in with questions! Let them speak freely!!!
Thank you
Love the idea of this Summit and especially the roster of excellent teachers you’ve assembled, but I have to agree with Christopher Chevalier – the interviewer doesn’t need to acknowledge every sentence the speaker utters. I know we’re supposed to be mindful but I t’s very distracting !
Hi I have purchased the full access pass which I thought would allow me to revisit the days I had missed. I am logged in but when I try to look at the transcript it asks me to buy the full access pass. Help please. thanks
Had the same problem, but then discovered that if I went to the receipt of my purchase
there are two sites that can be accessed – by clicking on them. And you will find all of the sessions offered to date.
Hello, I have paid for full access under panisbet@buffalo.edu and have forgotten my password. I followed the instructions to get a new password and get an email back that the email has been disabled by the host. I have gotten many of those. So I can not access the daily live or past access. This is such a wonderful event I am sad to be missing it. Thank you so much for giving it to us! Please help!. thank you!
I am having trouble accessing past session. This is occurring after I go to the receipt link for past sessions, click the session and receive a notice to purchase the pass. I have spent nearly a half hour trying every trick I know to access Goldsteins Session. I am tired and now must go to sleep sans the chosen session. ????
It’s November and I just listened to one of my favourite talks again. I really want to thank you Melli and your team for putting this together. Like beginning my hatha yoga practice years ago, a curious mind really helped to bring me through!..and the yoga also introduced non attachment! Yes,both long journeys! Much love and thanks,Rachel.
I too am revisiting the wonderful gift that was given to us last month by Melli O’Brien and the 31 pros she interviewed. Listening again to the speakers I always hear something I missed first time around. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to witness these people speaking their truth in this public forum. This experience has set me on the path at long last.
Hi Nan, thanks for this beautiful message and for revisiting our community.I have also been re-listening and enjoying soaking in all the wonderful wisdom that was shared by the teachers. Wishing you well : )
